Hello! I am looking for two people to move in with myself and my cousin, from 5th May onwards.

The rooms are two large double bedrooms - with new comfy double bed, wardrobe, shelves and bedside table.
One bathroom (with bathtub/shower combo) with a separate toilet.

Open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with loads of countertop space for cooking, and a breakfast bar with stools. All-important dishwasher included! The island makes cooking so much fun.

Cosy sofas/coffee table area leading out to the balcony overlooking the river and Battersea Power Station (with outside seating, sofa, beanbag and a newly made DIY bench from lockdown boredom). Wide screen TV on the wall. Fast broadband.

Churchill Gardens is a 5-10 minute walk from Pimlico tube station. Boris bikes are located right outside the flat. It is possible to apply to the council for a parking permit.

Utility bills/council not included, around £100/month.
