Huge double bedroom in Pimlico SW1

Hello!

We're subletting a big double room in our lovely little flat in Pimlico as our flatmate Emily is moving to Canada. Move in is early April and the let is until the end of our contract at the beginning of October (with potential to extend).

We're on the first floor of a Grade II listed building right in the middle of Westminster/Pimlico. There's a shared kitchen/diner, small bathroom and a little balcony outside the front which is a great sun trap in the mornings. the room is very large, completely furnished and gets loads of natural light. Location is everything with this place – you can easily walk everywhere central – Victoria, Soho, Covent Garden.

I work as a designer and Victoria in marketing, we like doing things together evenings/weekends but have our own social lives too. The communal space is lovely and modern but small, so being tidy/cleaning up after yourself is really important.
