Cool Apartment in Pimlico

Hey there! My name is Francesco and I will soon begin a law master at QMUL. Throughout my life I had the opportunity to live in countries like Italy, the UK, The Netherlands and South Africa. I am trying to specialize in art law and I would like one day to work in the art market.

A good friend of mine is leaving her cool place in Pimlico at the end of August and I would love to take over her contract. The landlord said that he would be ok with that. However, I need a flatmate!

I've visited the place several times and and I think it's pretty cool. At the moment, my friend is paying £220 pw plus approximately £50 pm in additional costs like internet, gas, etc... Like most agencies in London, they request six months of upfront payment and a deposit of £1300 each.

I look for anyone open minded, clean and tidy.
