Large, very quiet and cosy double room in a four bedrooms flat in Pimlico.

--> Very calm and nice area 30 minutes walk from the center;
--> Lot of transports nearby including:
- Victoria line at Pimlico station (5min walk from the flat)
- Victoria, Circle and District lines at Victoria station (10-15min walk from the flat)
- Several 24hours buses
--> Many shops nearby

I am moving out and am looking for someone to replace me. The other flatmates are 3 very chill and laidback professionals.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful and openminded guy to take back the room.

The room is big, very bright (south oriented) and clean with a big wardrobe and a desk. The mattress is new and confortable.

Monthly rent is £825 (all bills are included) with a one month rent deposit.
