Spacious Double Bed in Pimlico - Steps from Tube

I'm currently looking for a flatmate for a double room available in a furnished 2br/1bath basement flat in Pimlico, steps away from the river and tube station (3 and 4 minutes).

The flat has a comfortable living room that flows into the modern kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom have both been refurbished. The flat has big windows and high ceilings and actually gets a ton of light despite being basement level; it's nice and bright during the daytime.

We have identically sized double bedrooms on separate floors, each with tons of storage options (built-ins, dresser, lots of room under the bed). There are double layers of window treatments in all rooms, with block-out shades and curtains that draw. We also have secure outdoor storage which is great for things like large suitcases and bicycles.

Bills are around £120 per month each which includes everything (council tax, internet, tv, gas, electric, water and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean shared spaces). Therefore, total for rent plus bills is about £1,050 (242pw).

I (Amanda, 27) was a student studying in London. Paige (30) is an American full time professional working in public accounting specialising in real estate. Paige maintains a busy work and social schedule, traveling often and likes to relax when home. She has lived in the flat for almost 3.5 years, a testament to how much we like the flat! We've become good friends and would love to find someone who could also enjoy a glass of wine, Netflix, cooking etc. together from time to time. I love this place and if I could stay I would!! It is very close to trains, Chelsea, Vauxhall, Battersea, Victoria, Westminster and the area is really quiet and safe.

A credit check and references will need to be provided to the letting agency for approval. You would be taking over my portion of the lease. Viewings to be scheduled asap. Move in for the first week of August.
