Hey Guys,

this stunning double room for single use located in Pimlico will be available from the 5th of OCTOBER.

The flat is modern and just refurbished.

The flat is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them occupied by me, 30 years old girl, and another guy, 32 years old. Both workers, both from Italy.

7 minutes walking to Pimlico tube.

15 minutes walking to Victoria station.

Nice and peaceful area with all amenities in the surroundings: Tesco 5 minutes walking, Postoffice, restaurants, pubs and bistrots, Sainsbury's 10 minutes walking. 10 minutes to Oxford Circus by tube (Victoria Line).

We are looking for a new flatmate to share our amazing flat. She needs to be easygoing, polite, clean, sociable and worker too. We'd love to share common areas with just nice people, in order to maintain our good climate.
