Double bedroom in flat share with outdoor area

Hi there,

I am moving out a flat share due to a change in job.

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The room you would be taking has a double bed with storage space (mattress required), a chest of drawers, and a built in wardrobe. There is also a bathroom next to the room with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate living room and conservatory with TV and Sky Q. There is also WiFi in the flat.

The flat is located a 10 minute walk from both Victoria and Pimlico stations with a number of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars within a short walking distance.

The flat mate is a good friend of mine who works in finance. He is 28 years old and has lived in the area for over two years so knows it well.
