Roomy Double Bedroom In Central London

The flat is on the second floor that overlooks Grosvernor Avenue and the River Thames through some trees.
The bedroom is a roomy double bedroom with a very comfy mattress, in a two-bedroom flat. the flatmate and her cat will be on and off in the property, probably not at all during March and not much during April. the place will be available for viewings from the 10th of February.
the person I am looking for would clean and responsible. smoking would be only permited in the balcony.
Couples would only be allowed in the months of March and April at an extra cost of £50 to cover for bills.
