Room Update - Cozy double bedroom in Pimlico

Hi,

I am looking for a new roommate for our lovely apartment in Pimlico. The flat is just a 3-min walk away from Pimlico station and whoever is familiar with the area knows how great it is to live here with small cafes and restaurants and only a 15 min walk away from Victoria and Chelsea.

A few boring facts:
- Bills are around 100£ a month (in addition to the rent).
- Our landlord has agreed for someone new to move in
- Room is furnished but also flexibel to make it unfurnished (option 1 preferred)
- Ground floor
- Room 2 will be my room but open to discuss to switch! However, it will be slightly higher rent compared to Room 1 (960£) and comes unfurnished with an option to buy the current furniture

A bit about me: Originally from Germany, I moved to London around 2.5 years ago and now work in corporate finance. I am looking for someone who is down-to earth, who cares about the apartment and is also open for a glass of wine together here and there.
