There is wi-fi, TV, separate bathroom + separate kitchen. Microwave, double glazing and there is an authentic 5 cm tempur topper on the matress. A Sofa bed, sofa and armchair. Cupboard + shelves for clothing.

Sheets, towels etc supplied.

Price is inclusive of water, rates, council tax, wi-fi etc - however, electricity can be paid separately as there is a meter, so price would be reduced.
