Bright and quite double bedroom in Pimlico

We are looking for a quiet, tidy and respectful girl to share a flat in Pimlico. We are two professionals girls, one Italian and one Chinese.

The room is double but only for single use, No couples! Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawer, spacious and bright.
The house has 3 bedrooms in total, a spacious kitchen and bathroom but no living room. The flat is located within walking distance from Victoria & Pimlico Station.

This flat is very friendly but quiet and we are really looking for a respectful and clean person! This is not a place to party or bring over guest every day/weeks. The flat is kept tidy and clean and we respect each other space and things. During winter time the heating is on few hours per day, not all day long.
There is a bit of noise from the fan of the restaurant downstairs.

Rent is £ 750 per month some Bills Inc.
Deposit £ 650
Minimum stay 6 month contract.
Employer reference, Passport copy, prove your right to rent in England required for the Landlord
