My wife and I are looking to rent out a large ensuite double room in our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat from 20 April.
It's fully furnished in a tasteful manner - we used to live there when we were working in London full time.
I am 37 and my wife 35 - we live in the Midlands with our children running a family business but I need to be in London for work every two weeks or so.
You would effectively have exclusive use of the whole flat apart from when I stay the odd night.

- Flat is two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms. We are offering the Master Bedroom available to rent, for a single person or couple.
- Available from 20 April 2026
- Rent: £2300 per month (plus bills) for single occupancy. £2800 for double occupancy. This is on basis of a long-term let.
- Master Bedroom has king sized bed, large fitted wardrobes as well as under bed storage.
- Ensuite bathroom has w/c, sink, shower and small bath.
- Second bedroom also has ensuite bathroom with w/c, sink and shower.
- Downstairs laundry room has separate w/c and washer-dryer
- Flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything you would typically need.
- Looking for considerate and trusted person or couple.
- Immaculately kept, decorated with quality and taste. Our cleaner comes for 3 hours every other week to change bedding and general cleaning of the flat.
