Spacious double room in social house in Pimlico

Currently looking for a **male** flatmate to replace one of the tenants from mid **December**.

Our beautiful 4-floor Victorian house comprises of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a large, light, and spacious living room with high ceilings and a beautiful South-facing balcony. There is also an extra room (the music/reading room) that we use to keep our bikes and plenty of storage space.

The room advertised is on the ground floor, it’s very light, spacious and shares the bathroom with one other person. This includes a bathtub, lavatory, sink and shower. This part of the house was originally intended to be a single flat, so it is part of the house, but more independent. Price doesn’t include bills (£80/month)

We all come from an international background and we’re looking for a likeminded person, who enjoys life and has a positive attitude. We’re a solid group of friends who like doing things together, therefore we would ideally like to find a tidy, respectful and cheerful person in their mid 20s-early 30s who would like to call the place they live in home.

A little about us:

- Alexis, young professional working in the Legal executive search industry. Half French and half English, he likes to spend his spare time sharing good meals with housemates and freinds and doing sculpture;

- Azalee, young professional from France, passionate about fashion and with an amazing taste for flowers;

- George, the youngest of the house, he is an incredibly talented designer. Working alongside the leading names in the industry is highly driven and passionate. He's our resident designer, ensuring the house is in line with the latest trends;

- Ludovica, an enthusiastic legal professional working for an NGO, she combines her beautiful Italian heritage with great intelligence and kindness. She is passionate about music and art, and is the houses "Mama", and a fabulous listener;

- Marianna, our other Italian "Madonna" brings eternal light with her cascading blond hair. Working in the software industry, she is calm and wise, intelligent and caring. A great cook, a keen surfer that follows recipes by the book.
