Double room available in a large, bright, 2-bed flat in central London (7 min walk from Victoria and Pimlico stations). The flat is on the second floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, bathroom, hallway and utility room.

Rent is excellent for location. It is currently £900pcm + bills/council tax of around £100pcm, and while rent could go up with a new contract, it did not last time.

Area is residential with amenities close by and most of central London within walking distance. Supermarkets within a 5min walk plus many international food stores. PureGym, Gymbox, and Everyone Active Sports Centre (subsidised for local residents) all nearby and St James' park, Hyde park, and Battersea park within 15-30 min walk. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and pubs in the immediate area.

I'm 28 and originally from Scotland, so love the outdoors and sport. I enjoy food, cooking, and socialising. I work in finance so weekdays are normally busy with work and I often get back late evening. On weekends when I'm in London, I enjoy seeing friends and my girlfriend (who often comes to stay as she lives outside London). I’ve been in the flat for over three years - I'm clean and respectful of people's space, and I'm looking for a clean and tidy flatmate with similar interests.
