The kitchen is fully equipped and includes two fridge-freezers, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The modern bathroom has plenty of storage. The cleaner cleans the kitchen, bathroom and hall every two weeks, with cleaning equipment and materials provided. The WIFI is ultra-fast fibre-optic to building and cleaning materials are provided.

The flat has a wide choice of transport connections with the nearest tube station less than 10 minutes’ walk away at Pimlico (Victoria line in zone 1), or 15 minutes to Victoria Rail and Coach Stations (Victoria, Circle & District lines in zone 1, as well as excellent National Rail services). There are bus stops nearby for services C10, 24, 360, as well as night buses N44 and N137. There is a Santander Cycle station at Vauxhall.

Tesco Express is only a few minutes away and Waitrose is within 10 minutes walking distance. Lupus Street has a range of supermarkets, shops, cafe's and restaurants. The Thames River is next to the building. Crossfit Vauxhall is nearby, and Battersea Park, one of London's best outdoor fitness venues, is only a 15 minutes walk away. The Park has a 400m outdoor running track, made accessible with a £30 monthly membership at the park's Millennium Arena gym. The Gym Vauxhall is across the river.

Pimlico has cafe’s and restaurants, with two coffee shops near Tesco’s. The beautiful Sloane Square is within walking distance and there are endless amenities around Victoria station.
