The cleaner cleans the kitchen, bathroom and hall every two weeks, with cleaning equipment and materials provided. The WIFI is ultra-fast fibre-optic to building.

The flat has a choice of transport connections with the nearest tube station less than 10 minutes’ walk away at Pimlico (Victoria Line, zone 1), or 15 minutes to Victoria Rail and Coach Stations (Victoria, Circle & District Lines, zone 1), as well as National Rail services. There are bus stops nearby for services C10, 24, 360 plus night services N44 and N137. There is a Santander Cycle station at Vauxhall.

Tesco Express is only a few minutes away and Waitrose is within 10 minutes walking distance. Lupus Street has a range of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. The Thames River is next to the building. Crossfit Vauxhall is nearby, and Battersea Park, one of London's best outdoor fitness venues, is only 15 minutes walk away.
