Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in April until August for my ensuite double room in a 2 bedroom flat centrally located in Pimlico, walking distance to Pimlico and Victoria tube stations. The lease lasts until 5 August 2025 but there is a break clause on 5 August 2024.

The flat is spread over three floors and has a large living and dining area, separate kitchen, two big terraces and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms (all furnished). The bedroom contains ample storage space and has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
