Hi guys, this is my double room up for rent for the 4 months I am away for summer. The tenancy is from may 1st to September 1st and this is an amazing property! Location is unbeatable, 15 minutes walk to London Victoria station and 10 seconds walk to Pimlico tube station which is open 24 hours! Shops, post office, bars and restaurants are all within a 2 minute walk.

This is a 5 bedroom flat with 4 other tenants, all really nice people that like to keep things tidy, there is 2 bathrooms and a small front garden which will be lovely in the summer.

The room is massive, and comes with a nice wardrobe space, the desk and shelving will all be here as well as the bed.

Kitchen has washing machine, dryer, oven and everything you could possibly need

Bills are all included but this tenancy is for one person only, unfortunately no couples
