Room in a 2-bed Victorian flat in Pimlico

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2-bed flat in Pimlico! The apartment is very nice, with a spacious living room and balcony well equipped for all needs.
2 minutes away from Pimlico tube station and 9 minutes from Victoria so very convenient for travelling.
1 bathroom to share.
Preference is for a female flatmate ideally working professional to be in a similar situation (I am a woman as well).
I have been living in the flat for 2 yrs and it’s been an amazing stay, very comfortable house, super available landlord and easy to move around and walk everywhere. Pimlico is very safe and full of cute coffee shops and local and stores for all needs.
The room is available from June and I am looking both short term summer period as well as long term flatmate opportunities.
