The flat is on the second floor. It has a new washer/dryer unit and dishwasher.

Sharing with one flatmate - he is runs a tech start up / non-profit company and has the other two rooms in the flat - one is converted into an office. He likes boardgames and will bake weekly sourdough bread for the flat.

The area is extremely quiet and the building is really nice - it has onsite management, its own courtyard and a private gym only accessible to residents.
