I'm moving out from my lovely studio (with a separated kitchen) and looking for someone to take other the rest of my contract (8 months).

- 3 minutes walk from St Georges Square
- 5 minutes walk from the Pimlico Underground Station (Victoria Line)
- 10 minutes bike from Sloane Square
- 15 minutes bike from Hyde Park

I currently pay £70 council tax, £20 water, and £68 electricity per month.
Rent will be £1350, deposit £1500, and a £250 fee (non-refundable) for the contract takeover.

- Earn at least 30X the monthly rent.
- Have a UK based guarantor that earns 36X the monthly rent.
