Clean Double room short Sub let July until 30/09

Hello, I'm subletting my room from the middle/end of July until 30/09 (or 29/09). We can discuss the start date but the end date is fixed.

£895/pcm (all bills included). The rent from the move-in date until 1st August will be calculated on the prorated amount.

Double room with TV.
The shower and toilet are separated.
There is a kitchen but no living room.
Lift access
Wifi sometimes slow but you can use it (not suitable for WFH)

I will empty my room so you can store your stuff. I'm not planning to leave my stuff in my room at the moment.

I've been living in this flat for almost 2 years and I love it!

The current flatmates are females so we would prefer female. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and quiet tenant.

The flat is clean. We clean once a week by ourselves.

I'm looking for a tenant as soon as possible.
It would be great if you could include a short introduction when you message me.
