1 bed close to station

Own private garden space, shared bathroom kitchen and lounge. I work most days including weekends (not from home). I’ve been here a couple of years and love the flat the location is great to get anywhere and the block is very quiet. I’m an introvert and looking for someone to share the space, not necessarily common time. Would suit similar professional working, considerate of space, good hygiene and generally conscious of cleaning up after themselves. Flexible re dates, 3-6 months availability before April 2025. Please note service charge and council tax to be split if more than 3 month rental
