Approximately 30-40 mins walk to Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly Circus. Wifi, and other utilities including council tax approx £110pm max.

Deposit to be confirmed (expect 1 month rent). Furnishings provided but can accommodate new furnishings.

My current flatmate is moving out, and am looking for someone to share this lovely flat with. I am currently working as a civil engineer at a sustainability focused practice in London (in the office almost every day with a rare WFH day) who loves spending weekends exploring London or reading a good book in nearby St James if sunny! I’m looking for someone neat and social but still happy to have some “introvert” alone time 😊
