Double room with own bathroom

Looking for someone to replace my current flat mate as she moves out with her boyfriend.

The room is not a proper en-suite but has its own bathroom right next to it! The area is quiet and pretty and 1min away from Pimlico station (Victoria line) / 15mins away from Victoria station

Rent includes cleaner twice a month ( she cleans and irons and can also cook). Other bills, not included, amount to around £150 per month (council tax included).

I don’t spend much time at home during the week as I work long hours and I don’t work from home - so you could use the living room to work if needed

I’ll be arranging viewings this weekend and next one
