The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, living room and balcony with great views of Battersea and Westminster. The room comes part furnished with bed, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. The drawers are mine but I'm happy to leave them.
You'll be sharing with 2 lovely, friendly professional girls in their early thirties. They have busy work/social lives but like catching up over a cup of tea when they can!
The flat is £1020 including bills except water which is paid bi-annually and is around £90 each time. The landlord is great and we’ve never had any problems. I will be moving out on Tuesday 3rd September so would ideally like someone to take over the rent and move in from the weekend of the 7th September. The deposit is £1000. Rent is paid on the 1st of the month so we can split September depending when you move in.
We are looking to do viewings ASAP (w/c 19th Aug) so please send me a message if you are interested and tell us a little bit about yourself.
