We are now looking for a 3rd flatmate in a flatshare in Pimlico starting from 1st of October.

At £790 per month (bills excluded, aprox. between £100-£120 including all bills of electricity, council tax, water, internet and gas), it's a great find given its amazing location: just a 7 minute walk from Pimlico station (zone 1, Victoria line), in a super quiet area that's still very central, close to the river and lots of green areas.

The flat is being rented through an agency, and a deposit of 5 weeks equivalent to monthly rent.

Other details and perks: you can get to Victoria Rail and Coach Station in just a 15 minute walk, there's a Tesco 3 mins away, and Bus 24 (24 hrs) stops basically outside the house. Thanks to how central the flat is, it takes only around 15 mins by tube to get to pretty much anywhere in central London, and lots of hot spots are within walking distance. Battersea Power Station is across the river and 20 minutes on foot.

The room includes the bed, desk, and other small furniture. There is a built-in wardrobe and large windows with the room facing north, getting sunshine throughout the day (if London weather allows it the room is incredibly bright).

The flat also has a balcony which is great in the summer, and a spacious living room.
