Looking for a female flatmate - short let- Pimlico

Hi!
I'm looking for a flatmate starting from beginning of January until April-May. I'm 23 years old and currently doing an internship in London after completing my studies here. I live in a very charming two bedroom flat in Pimlico close to victoria tube station. There is one large modern bathroom to share (with both shower and bath) and a spacious living room. I'm looking for a female flatmate around the same age as me with a similar lifestyle- working during the week and enjoying weekends out.

I'm looking for someone who's very respectful of shared spaces and proactively keeps the flat tidy and clean. This is very important to me as we would be sharing a lot of common areas (and to avoid any frustration on both sides). I'm very sociable and enjoy spending time with my flatmate but also like having some quiet time on my own.

Note: the flat is on the lower ground floor but is very well protected (locks on windows) and there is a lot of light in bedroom/living room. The neighbourhood is very residential and very safe (not a lot of people walking by).
Bills include council tax and broadband but exclude gas and electricity which are about 60-70£pp/month.
