Double bedroom in Pimlico

We have a spacious double bedroom available in a three-bedroom apartment in Pimlico. The flat is spread over one of the upper floors of a Georgian townhouse overlooking the Thames and St George's Square.

One of our housemates is sadly moving back home to Ireland and we are looking for someone to replace her on a new lease. The room is available at the end of the month, though there may be some flexibility with moving in up to a week or so later.

The bedroom comes with a divan bed but is otherwise unfurnished.

The Area
Pimlico underground station (on the Victoria line) is five minutes away and Victoria train station is a 15 minute walk. There is a large Sainsbury’s and smaller Waitrose close by. The flat comes with access to St George’s Square Gardens which is directly opposite the apartment. There is a table tennis table in the gardens where we have the occasional animated pingpong battle against one-another (participation completely voluntary)!

Cost
The room is £920 per month and requires a deposit of £833.

I'm originally from New Zealand and work as a civil servant in Westminster. Giorgia, the other housemate, is from Italy and works on behavioural science. We’re looking for someone considerate, clean, and sociable.
