I’ll be moving out to a new home where I’ll be living on my own. I’m offering my current room, which is in a lovely flat with great flatmates, and I’d like to offer it to you at a 33% discount of the original rent 1200 which is 800 to make your transition as smooth as possible.

The lease on the room expires on March 15. If you’re interested in staying longer, you’re welcome to discuss an extension directly with the landlady. I’ll be fully moved out by January 6, so the room will be available for short-term stays until March 6, with the possibility of extending after that.

The flat includes access to a shared kitchen, and the bathroom is shared as well. The location is exceptionally convenient: it’s a 3-minute walk from Pimlico Station (Victoria line) and just 2 minutes from the Pimlico Bus Station. There are several nice restaurants nearby, and the Thames is an 8-minute walk away, offering a scenic riverside view.

Across from the building, there’s a grocery store, and you’ll find a large gym, Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s all within easy reach. Victoria Station is also just a 15-minute walk away, where you can find M&S and other shops.
