Monday to Friday - Very beautiful flat to share

I am looking for a flat mate to take on a small double bedroom with its own separate toilet and shower room in my flat on the Westminster side of Pimlico. Although the room is small the flat has loads of space - it is on the first and second floors of a beautiful listed building. There is substantial storage space in the flat if necessary. The flat is split level with your bedroom and bathroom, my bedroom and bathroom and a seperate kitchen (with washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher, oven with 4 hobs and a large fridge/freezer along with a good coffee machine!) around the corridor of the flat which leads to a large reception/dining room with a large tv and a good sized table for eating at.

There is then a spiral staircase leading to a beautiful 2nd reception area with a lovely, glass enclosed space to relax in - perfect if you have the odd friend to visit - it gets hot in the summer though from all the glass so if you don't like things warm then nest not apply . There is also a very nice piano. The flat is exceptionally beautiful with tons of open light. Because of the two levels it is very suited for shared living.

I am an accountancy professional with the usual London work hours ie too long at times! I am a very outgoing person, out a lot particularly during the week so there would be plenty of time when you would have the flat to yourself. I am exceptionally clean and tidy and would expect the same. Part of the shared bills will include a cleaner who comes once a week to change bedding and keep everything spic and span.

I am looking for a flat mate who is similar to me in working hours and in having a good social life so that I would also have occasional times where I can enjoy the flat alone. As mentioned the flat is perfectly set up for shared living even when we are both in. I don't want someone who is looking for a "party flat" - the occasional friend over or friends for a meal is fine and there is a sofa bed for the odd guest but I do not want large groups of people there to party - there are plenty of great places for that nearby.

Safe, locked garage for a bike or TFL bike rack right outside.
Seperate bin area for the block and recycling around the corner so no issues with rubbish piling up.
Pimlico tube 3 mins, Westminster (for Jubilee line) or St James Park (for District) about 5 or so mins away), Tate Britain and the river just around the corner.
It takes about 15/20 minutes on foot and a few minutes by bike to get to Picadilly/Trafalgar Square.
St James Park and Battersea Park nearby.
Westminster car parking permit possible - I park my car nearby without problems.
Great bars and restaurants available within a few minutes on either the Pimlico or Westminster sides.

The flat is available immediately for Mon-Fri at £235pw all in including the cleaner who changes your sheets every other week.
