Bright Pimlico room all bills included

Looking for someone to take over my room, the property is based at an ideal location for a professional or a student with a nearby campus. ALL THE BILLS (wifi, central gas heating, electricity, and water, cleaner who comes twice a month, council tax) are covered. The start date is early January (can negotiate for flexibiloty).

Location:
2 minutes walk to PIMLICO and 10 minutes walk to VICTORIA. A short walk to River Thames and other iconic London attractions. Big supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco) all within 10-20 mins walk.

The property has 1 big bathroom, a separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space, a washing machine and dryer, and additional storage rooms. There is a spacious, private front garden (that I use to lock my bicycle).

Your housemates:
Shared with 3 other males, mix of professionals and university students. They are all really friendly, and although we all go about our lives we do have good conversations in the kitchen. This house will ideally suit an easy-going male who needs a low-maintenance space in central London.

Your room:
Comes furnished with a solid desk, chair, two tall shelves, a wardrobe, and a comfortable double-bed. Personally I find the big windows a major plus, it leaves the room bright and well ventilated. As someone sensitive to cold, I find the room well insulated. the temperature stays within comfortable range (17-9 degrees Celsius at night during the ongoing artic frostiness! ) The central gas heating is new and warms up the space really quickly too.
