Description
Really comfortable 2 bed in Pimlico/Westminster (Regency Street) with excellent living room and kitchen areas, all furnished, 5 minutes walk from Pimlico or St. James' Park stations. This is a really wonderful location just behind Vincent Square, on a very attractive street and opposite the (fairly famous) Regency Cafe. The river is two minutes from the flat, and you're also very close to St. James' Park, Green Park, Battersea Park and Hyde Park.
It's a quiet street and in walkable distance of so many other parts of London - Battersea, West End (Mayfair, Soho, Covent Garden), Chelsea & Fulham, so on and so forth, and I am really sad to be leaving but I have to move for work reasons.
1 flatmate (female, French) is staying in the flat, I am leaving mid-tenancy; there are c.10 months left on the tenancy but that can be extended, and it is also possible to change the name on the tenancy at any point.
As I have to move right at the beginning of 2025, we're looking to get somebody in quite soon (!) - although there is flexibility of a week or two on the start date - and are hoping to do viewings and have everything tied up in the first 2 weeks of December, so please do contact us as soon as possible if you're interested.
The room in question has a big cupboard storage space along one wall (not visible in the pictures because my camera simply isn't good enough to take a good picture that shows it all from inside the room) which has a hanging rail inside it that is c.2 metres long, and the space itself is pretty considerable. Although the picture doesn't show the whole room (again, camera just not good enough) there is good space to move around and fit some extra bits in - as can be seen in the pictures I have a wooden desk along the wall with a chair and lamps at the moment.
It has a separate bathroom with shower, bath, loo, storage - again, camera not great so have taken a photo from outside the bathroom showing an angle, but it's a pretty big bathroom.
The living room is really comfy - there are two sofas which belong to the landlord, but alot of what you see in the pictures belongs to the other housemate and won't leave with me (except for half of the books, beanbag, some plants, wall prints). The kitchen is also a really good space, with a large fridge and a newly replaced oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
