Large 3 Bedroom Flat with living room - Pimlico

Me and my current housemates are leaving our lovely flat in Pimlico. We’re looking for a group of friends to take over the tenancy for a minimum of a year from the 1st of February.

It’s a spacious 3-bedrooms flat with a living-room and an open kitchen. The bedrooms are very quite big. Each rooms has space to fit in a desk if you’re working from home. The bathroom and the toilets are shared. The flat has a patio/garden which is quite nice when you want to take breakfast outside in summer.

The flat is very well located with Pimlico, Victoria and St James Park station near by.

Bills are roughly £70 per person a month all included.

We would rather rent the flat as a whole to a group of friends but we would also consider to give the rooms individually if we don’t find any group.
