Room available in awesome 2-floor apartment in central London from June 17th for short term let (1-3month) whilst I prepare to sell it.

Space in this wonderful Pimlico apartment for someone nice & sociable. I have been living here for about 6 years and did lots of renovations during COVID incl new kitchen, floors, lighting etc.

The room has comfy double bed, big windows and loads of storage.

It's a 3-bed (but the smallest has been converted to a shared home office in case anyone is WFH - so 2 of us total), on the 5th & 6th floor with some views of Big Ben & London eye from your bedroom and Battersea Power Station on the balcony.

About me:
I am 29 and work for a software company from home ~3 days a week. I travel abroad for work ~1 in every 8 weeks. I like interesting social chatter, left leaning politics, sitting in the pub, occasional boogie, playing games or watching movies, sometimes 420.

Honest pros:
- 4yo dog (beagle) lives here 70% of the time, who loves to cuddle. With expectation I might ask the odd favour to watch him if you're home and I'm not.
- Sociable environment, welcome in shared spaces, have friends over etc
- Thriving houseplants
- Full bookshelf
- Italian espresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, ps5, vinyl player
- I am both a feminist & LGBTQ+ ally
- Council Tax band D (a cheap one)

Honest compromises:
- Its ex-council, meaning it's not the prettiest from the outside and the building's entrance could be nicer.
- Big school nearby so lots of teenagers on street at 4pm
- Live in landlord, so I have some freedom to act like I own the place
- My dog doesn't live here 30% of the time
