Key Information:

❖ Deposit: One month’s rent (protected in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
❖ Bills: Tenants are responsible for electricity only.

A one-time utility contribution (equal to 1 week’s rent) is required upon move-in. This helps cover otherwise included bills such as Wi-Fi, Council Tax, Gas and Water.
