My current flatmate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to take their place in our fantastic flat starting February 17, 2025. The lease will be renewed for a year with a 6-month break clause. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who’s happy to stay for the full year.

Facilities: The building has a touch of greenery, concierge services, great security, and access to a gym and steam room.

I’m a 28-year-old finance professional. I work from the office most days, with the occasional WFH day. I’m friendly and enjoy a chat or a shared meal now and then, but I also value personal space and would appreciate someone who feels the same way.
