Hi everyone! My flatmate and I are renewing our tenancy - and waving goodbye to our current flatmate as she moves to Canada 😭😭

It’s split-level flat and located on the top floor of the block with lift access. It has a kitchen, bathroom (including bath), 3 bedrooms, living room and a balcony! So many windows and so much natural light.

The bedside table, bed with mattress, desk and chair all come with the room.

💃🏿 FLATMATES & YOU:

You’ll be living with Katrina (29) and Olivia (26). We’re a sociable young professional flat who enjoy a coffee and pastry walk, an evening in watching TV series or a pub trip/boogie! Both of us work 9-5, with someone WFHing at least twice a week.

Ideally looking for a young professional gal aged 25–30, who’s clean, easygoing, and down for flat activities occasionally. You’ll need to go on the lease (which runs until May 2026), so someone looking for a longer-term vibe would be great!

📝 PRICE/ADMIN:

Rent: £887.61 including heating and hot water
Deposit: £1142

Bills are no more than £100 each depending on time of year.

Contract start date (for a full year) is May 21st but can discuss actual move in date.

You’ll need to go on the contract so will need to pass referencing and have a guarantor.
