Students without proof of income would require a guarantor from a UK property owner and six months rent in advance. If a student and no UK property owner guarantor, payment in advance of 9 to 12 months will be considered. Also which university/college are you at and which course. If self employed certified/audited accounts required or six months rent in advance plus also a guarantor from a UK property owner.
