Double room for rent in Pimlico apartment

Hi! I’m moving out of my current flat-share as I’ll be relocating to another country. At the moment, it’s three of us living in this 3-bedroom apartment, and we are looking for a *FEMALE* to take over my room and join the flatshare.

The building is in a great location, just across the road from the river, with views of Battersea Power Station and Vauxhall Bridge. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Pimlico Station, and just one stop from Victoria, where you can catch direct trains to all airports. There’s a Tesco 5 minutes away, as well as Pimlico Library, a couple of gyms, restaurants, and several bus stops nearby. It’s a central and well-connected area, and Pimlico is a great place to live in general.

The room is furnished, as shown in the photos. Please note that the table and chair are not included—I purchased them after moving in. The rest of the furniture comes with the room, including a double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, and built-in cupboard. But I’m looking to sell the table and chair anyway, as well as an air fryer, in case you're interested.

The room is spacious, and it’s been great for having a couple of friends over from time to time. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared, but the bathroom and toilet are not attached, which is super convenient in a shared flat. There’s also a balcony and additional storage cupboards in the flat.

Rent is £629/month and includes heating. Other bills, including Wi-Fi, come to about £80/month, so in total you'd pay around £710/month.

The landlord will repaint the room when I move out, so it will look fresher than it does currently.

You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful flatmates in their mid-20s, both working full-time. We’re looking for a female, aged around 22–32, who is also clean and easygoing.
