Hello, I’m a graphic designer, film director who loves music & art.
I’m graduating soon from university, and work in art & design industry.

I’ve been living in Pimlico for 2 years, and studied in London for 4 years now.
My current flatmate is moving out to go back to his home in June.
I still have a year of contract left, so I’m finding for a new flatmate to live together!

I spent so many effort in this flat, since it was unfurnished, I could try every creativity
in this lovely flat. I did all the interiors one by one by myself, and I’ve been enjoying it
so much for the past year I was living in here.

I want someone who can enjoy this amazing home with me.

- Someone who’s extroverted, love to hang out with people!
- Loves music and vinyls. (I have an amazing speaker set & vinyl player setup in living room!)
- Art & Design enthusiast. Let’s decorate and interior the flat together!
- Loves taking photos & contents (I love to take photos and videos!)

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION :

I’ve been living in Pimlico for 2 years, and it is lovely every single moment.
It is such a nice cosy residential area, with a view of Thames river.
Walk out a minute, you can have a run along the riverside.
Safe, quiet, local friendly, such a lovely area.

- Pimlico station by walk in 10 minute. (Victoria line)
- Line 24 bus stop in 1 minute, 24 hour bus to central london!
- Bus C10 / 360 stop in 5 minute, you can go anywhere!
- Local tesco in 5 minute walk, off-licence shops everywhere!
- So much nice cafes, local restaruant, pizza express, pizza hut, pubs!
- Pharmacy, Post office, Pimlico library, all in 5 min walk.

LIVING ROOM & BALCONY :

This house is an unfurnished flat.
I’ve bought all the furnitures, and did the interior by myself.
I spent over 1500£ to interior the entire flat.

Black carpet floor, vinyl player & wall deco, customised blinds, curtains all by my taste.
Sofa bed, dining chairs & table, lightings, main table, trolley, everything is done by me.

Lovely sunlight coming directly through, with a nice view of playground in front.
Big balcony connected to living room, great place to have a fresh air and view!
I also bought outdoor table & chair for a chill place.

Just come in, and enjoy this lovely place.

YOUR ROOM :

Both room is nearly same size with slightly different diameters. Your room size is (12’2 x 9’2).
It has a big wardrobe, with extra storage place on the top and bottom. You can fit all your luggages inside.
The red curtains and big mirror are furnished, you can replace it if you want.

The current flatmate is planning to sell out his furniture by moving out,
However if you need it, you can directly buy from him. (Bed frame, Mattress, Table, Chair)
It is a lovely room, with a good size.

KITCHEN :

- Modern refurbished laundry machine with dryer function.
- Well operating fridge with freezer.
- Amazing big size dishwasher machine. (loving it!)
- Powerful gas stobe, not electric inductions! (you can do some proper cook)
- Air Fryer, Microwave all bought by me.
- Have the full set of kitchenware & cooking tools.

Spacious, modern classic kitchen well enough to cook whatever you want.
Enough space for cooking multiple dishes, amazing amount of storage drawers.
Had no any problem with kitchen for past year. Come and cook whatever you want!

TOILET :

- Separate toilet, flushes strong and well!
- Modern refurbished bathroom with shower booth, top shower water
- Strong water pressure, hot water comes out well
- Towel hanger heating, drys fast with no humidity!

Usually, churchill gardens flat toilets are really old. (where i used to live before)
However, the landlord has refurbished the entire bathroom a year ago.
It is all new, so clean and well operating!

BILLS & HEATING & WIFI :

Heating is included in the rent, Landlord pays for the entire heating.
All heating system was refurbished a year ago, works perfect new.
Wifi is super fast, we’re using community fibre 1gbps, with my own high-end router.

- Electricity : 25-30£ per month
- Water : 36£ per month (fixed rate)
- Wifi : 14£ per month
- Gas stove : 5£ per month

Total Bill : 80-85£ per person
Bills are in afforable range, and everything is set done.
