Hi! I’m a postgrad student and plan to move out this flat in July and looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat in Pimlico from sometime in July till 30/09/2025. You can extend the contract later.

The building has three levels, and our flat is located on the third floor.
Within the flat, the layout is split over two levels: the ground level has two bedrooms and a kitchen, while the upper level has two more bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other a separate toilet. The room listed in this ad is on the lower level of the flat.
