We are 2 flatmates ( 2 guys ) looking for a 3rd person to join our shared flat in Pimlico;

We are professionals with busy lives/schedules who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and ideally we want someone mature, over 35 y/o, respectful with common spaces and tidy.

Preferred not working from home
NOT students.
NOT couples.

We keep the house like our home, we have plants and flat is well kept. Kitchen fully equipped. Separate bathroom from toilet.

The room window faces a non traffic square, which is very quiet.

£1050 per month, bills not included: Electricity is a top up system
Council tax and water is around £45 per month
Broadband not included, we are in the process to change to another network.

7 minutes walk to Pimlico station,
15 minutes walk to Sloane Square station. 10 minutes walk to Battersea power station.
