We have a bright, fully furnished double room available in Pimlico – just a 5-minute walk from Pimlico Station (Victoria Line) and a 20-minute walk to Victoria or the Houses of Parliament!

Move-in date: 1 September (flexible, may be earlier if needed)

Unfortunately we can't accept students for council tax reasons, and we are looking for females only. Also the person can't be working from home more than half the time.

Comes furnished (everything in the photos except 2 of the the lamps and the fan)

Loads of storage space in the room and throughout the flat

Balcony + secure space for bikes

Rent: roughly £1,050/month with all bills included, but no extra costs for electricity or heating so it's great for the wintertime!

There's a big kitchen and living room, and a shower room and toilet.

The estate we live on is super green - with loads of accessible gardens to chill in

Please note the rent may go up at the end of September, but we don't expect it to go up by much - we have a good relationship with the landlord / agency.

👥 Flatmates
You’ll be living with three sociable young professionals:

One guy who works as a paralegal for Formula 1, very nice, likes to cook and make honey with his bees back at his family home

Another paralegal in property litigation, she's very chatty and politically active, often up for doing things

One Aussie working in hospitality, also super chatty and into exploring the city and the rest of the country

My flatmates are super friendly and they like hanging out together, the occasional night out, and heading to the huge Sunday car boot sale around the corner.

A short stroll to the Thames and local green spaces like St George’s Square and Battersea Park

Tescos and other amenities are just around the corner

Easy access to the rest of London via Pimlico Station or Victoria.

I’m moving out to live with old school friends, but I’ll really miss this flat – it’s been a great place to live!
