Pimlico - Large apartment with outdoor space

The apartment is located in the heart of Pimlico. It's large, three bedrooms but only two flatmates including you. Has great outdoor space with BBQ and comfortable outdoor loungers and table.

Here's the trick. I live with a lovely french guy who owns the flat. He's hardly here, as travels for work and spends lots of time with his kids who live outside of London.

I am heading to France mid December for 5 months, and we'd like someone to rent my room and water the plants while I'm not home. He's terrible at remembering ;)

He's 44 and French, I'm 54 from New Zealand. We're both professionals and dont work from home, so prefer similar. We're not in a rush to find anyone as the fit is important to us. We're fun, like exercise, eating, socalising, friends and family and lovel feeling like we're at home, when we're 'home'.

There is flexibility with move in and out dates, as we have a spare room.
