A great-sized furnished double bedroom is available in a lovely two-bed flat with a balcony overlooking Westminster and the Southbank. My flatmate of two years is moving out to buy her own place, so I’m looking for someone new to share the flat with!

Rent & Bills
- £1,225 pcm (excluding bills)
- Bills currently around £180 pcm (including council tax [Westminster Band F] and broadband)
- Landlord is asking for a 12 month contract, ideally wouldn't be doing any short lets.

- Comes furnished with a double bed & mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table
-Plenty of space to add a desk or extra storage if needed

The Flat & Location
- Two-bed, one-bathroom flat with balcony views of Westminster and the Southbank
- Top-floor flat (4th floor, no lift) with an internal staircase – please note it isn’t accessible for those with mobility needs
- Less than 2 minutes’ walk to Pimlico tube (Victoria line)
- 10–15 minutes’ walk to Victoria rail & coach stations

About Me
You’d be sharing with me: I’m 25, female, and work for the NHS on a rotating shift pattern. I’m active, social, and often in/out of the flat at unusual times (for example, home midweek during the day after night shifts). Because of this, the flat would suit someone who doesn’t regularly work from home (one day a week or less).
