We have a spacious double bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment. Rent is £1,030 per month (bills not included). Bills tend to average around £70 a month including council tax, water, energy, internet, and household essentials.

The flat is located in a leafy neighbourhood and spread over an upper floor of a Georgian townhouse overlooking the Thames and St George's Square.

🏡 The Area
Pimlico underground station (on the Victoria line) is five minutes away and Victoria train station is a 15 minute walk. There is a large Sainsbury’s and smaller Tesco and Waitrose close by. There is a table tennis table in the gardens where we have the occasional animated pingpong battle against one-another (participation completely voluntary)! The area is safe and really beautiful.

👭 Flatmates
We both work full time. I’m Giorgia, I'm from Italy and work as behavioural science consultant. Isabelle, the other flatmate, works in sustainability and she is from Ireland. We have reasonably social lifestyles and enjoy doing things as a flat. We’re looking for someone considerate, clean, and sociable.
