Double room in bright, peaceful flat

A bright and beautifully kept flat in Churchill Gardens, just a 5-minute walk from Pimlico Tube and 10 minutes from Victoria Station. The flat is quiet, full of natural light, and has a warm, relaxed feel. Having grown up in the highlands the flat has a nice country feel in the heart of London.
The shared spaces include:
A large living room with huge windows, views over Battersea Power Station, and access to a private balcony surrounded by greenery.
A modern kitchen with a gas hob, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer, and plenty of storage.
A fresh, tiled bathroom with excellent water pressure and natural light.
A tidy hallway and entryway with secure access and lift.
You’d be sharing with me, Geordie, 30, working in sales for a sustainable alcohol-free beer brand (Halo). I’m sociable but also value a calm, respectful home. Having people over for occasional dinners or to watch the footy is very much the vibe. I also appreciate the importance having time to oneself and respecting that in a flatmate is always important. I also go up north at least once a month to see the family so perfect for anyone who again appreciates some peace and quite.
I also live with Kip, my small Patterdale terrier (friendly, house-trained, and great company). Anyone considering the room would need to be comfortable with dogs.
It’s a lovely, well-looked-after flat in a fantastic location — walking distance to the river, Tate Britain, Battersea Park, and plenty of cafés and shops nearby.
Looking for someone easy-going, tidy, and considerate, ideally a professional with similar rhythms and interests.
