Double room in Pimlico sublet

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over a lovely double room in Pimlico from 1st January. The room comes furnished with a double bed and a clothes rail, and the tenancy runs on a flexible rolling contract with two months’ notice on either side.

You’ll be sharing with a 27-year-old professional working in finance. The flat is a calm, comfortable space and would suit someone who doesn’t work from home regularly, as the layout isn’t ideal for full-time WFH. It’s definitely not a party flat — more of a relaxed, homely environment.

I’ll be arranging viewings throughout the week.
