A double room is becoming available in our flat in Pimlico. The room is bright, has good storage, and has its own balcony. The flat has a spacious living room with two balconies, so there’s plenty of light and shared space.

You’d be living with two women, both 23 — one doing a master’s and the other working full-time in the office. It’s a relaxed, tidy flat and we all get on well.

We’re ideally looking for another woman aged 22–25, who’s either working or doing a master’s, to keep the household dynamic similar.

The location is very central:
• 3–4 minutes to Pimlico Station (Victoria Line)
• 10 minutes to Victoria Station for Tube, trains, and coaches

Rent: £1,250 per month
Bills: All included except council tax
