Double Bedroom in Westminster Pimlico/Victoria

Hey everyone, I am a professional photographer, and I work and study Aesthetics, and DJ on weekends.
I am trying to get into nursing by September this year.

I am looking for a new flatmate! Can be a men, a girl.
Someone, chilled, easy going, to replace my ex flatmate as she recently moved back to her country (Brazil).

About the house:
A comfortable/cozy double room fully furnished available in a 2 bedroom split level house in Pimlico (4min) and Victoria (9min).
The bedroom is on the up floor in front of the 2 bathrooms. It is fully furnished, mirrored wardrobe, bed with understorage, TV 51’, office desk, bedside table, aircooler and a fan (those we keep in storage for summertime). There’s also a huge window facing the garden on the back of the house and the beautiful architeture from Pimlico Victorian Buildings of Tachbrook Street. Outside the bedroom on the hallway, There’s also a huge storage to keep suitcases and equipments plus another where we usually keep bedding and towels.

The house:
A split in two floors with access through a private garden in à private pedestrian street, only residents as there’s no way out from the other side , so it is very safe and well located.
-Subway (Victoria, Central, Circle & District Lines) (8 min walk)
-Victoria Overground/Train Station -Coach Station (8 min walk).

Vauxhall Bridge and Belgrave Road are 2 min walk and 24h bus stops to anywhere and everywhere are less than 2min away.

Tesco, Sainsburry’s, M&S, Pharmacy, street food market, 24h off license, pubs, reastaurants, post offices, Argos, GP Victoria, Vincent Square… are all less than 5 min away.
From Outside the house we can see Big Ben and London Eye

The Bedroom is ready for you to move in.
Downstairs, a big open plan kitchen, and another bedroom used às TV or Guest room.
The house has plenty of storage spaces Up and downstairs.
In the front garden there’s a sitting area, very nice during summer
The room is free to move in today.

Bills (electricity, water & Wifi) around £170/2=£85.00
Council Tax £ 94/2 =£47.00
Total is around £ 132
This number can be lower depending on the consumption.
(When I am alone, during winter, my electricity is less than £40 a month)
